Classic Guacamole Chicken Dinner Plate

Ingredients:

  • 1 tub of La Bonanza Classic Guacamole
  • 1 grilled chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup roasted vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, or carrots)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: lime wedge, fresh herbs

Preparation:

1.Cook the Chicken:

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.

Grill or cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and golden on the outside.

2. Prepare the Vegetables:

Roast or sauté the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper until tender.

3. Add the Star Ingredient:

Place a generous portion of La Bonanza Classic Guacamole on the plate.

4. Assemble the plate:

Add the grilled chicken and vegetables alongside the guacamole.

5. Finish and Serve:

Drizzle a little olive oil and add a squeeze of lime if desired.

Serve warm.
