Ingredients:
2 slices of sourdough or whole-grain bread, toasted
100g cream cheese, softened
1 ripe Hass Avocado, sliced
2 tbsp La Bonanza Avocado & Jalapeño Dip
½ tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Handful of fresh microgreens (radish, arugula, or pea shoots)
Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
1. Prepare the base:
Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each toasted bread slice.
2. Layer the avocado:
Arrange fresh avocado slices on top, slightly overlapping. Sprinkle with lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper.
3. Add a kick:
Spoon small dollops of La Bonanza Avocado & Jalapeño Dip over the avocado for a creamy and spicy boost.
4. Finish with microgreens:
Top with fresh microgreens for extra texture and a nutrient-packed crunch.
