Food Safety Policy

At La Bonanza Avocados® Packaging Facility we are committed to offering safe food, we implement national and international protocols to reduce the potencial risks to human health via food contamination, always following applicable regulations and continuous improvement in our processes.

CTPAT Policy

La Bonanza Avocados® has as a policy to collaborate with the customs of the United States, so together, Customs, Commerce, Society and Association against terrorism, applying international standards of the Anti-Terrorism Secure Borders Program CTPAT, can minimize the risks related to pollution, criminal activities such as drug trafficking, terrorism and illegal trafficking.

Our company is committed to provide the necessary resources and applying procedures, follow regulations and give information and training activities to our collaborators, with defined standards that ensure compliance with the designed policies.

Programs with APEAM A.C. as partners

We are associated with APEAM, who is a non-profit civil association, integrated by growers, packers and exporters of hass avocados in Mexico; is the only Mexican cooperative partner in the United States, also for USDA-APHIS for the export of Hass Avocados from Mexico, it is also in charge of promoting in other countries, always under the Avocados From Mexico brand.
