Avocado Jalapeño Eggs on Toast

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tub of La Bonanza Avocado Jalapeño Dip
  • 1 slice of sourdough or whole grain bread
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chili flakes, fresh herbs

Preparation:

1.Toast the Bread:

Toast the bread until golden and crispy.

2. Cook the Eggs:

Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Crack the eggs and cook to your preference (sunny-side up or over easy recommended).

3. Add the Spread:

Spread a generous layer of La Bonanza Avocado Jalapeño Dip over the toast.

4. Assemble:

Place the eggs on top of the toast and season with salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes or herbs.
