La Bonanza Chicken Avocado Burrito

Ingredients:

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1 tub of La Bonanza Just Avocado Mash
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
  • 1 drizzle of La Bonanza Taco Sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: squeeze of lime, hot sauce

Preparation:

1. Warm the Tortilla:

Heat the tortilla on a skillet for about 20–30 seconds per side until soft and pliable.

2. Prepare the Filling:

In a bowl, combine the chicken with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lime (optional).

3. Assemble the Burrito:

Spread La Bonanza Just Avocado Mash across the center of the tortilla.

Add the chicken, drizzle La Bonanza Taco Sauce, and top with cheese and sour cream or yogurt if using.

4. Wrap it up:

Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a burrito.

5.Optional Toast:

Place the burrito back on the skillet and toast lightly on both sides until golden.
